You are not alone in this

The question that keeps nagging you:
"Why isn't my child talking yet and what do I do?"

Your child has been silent. You've watched other children your child's age speak in full sentences. People are telling you to wait "he'll catch up" but your gut says something needs to change now.

The nearest speech therapist is hours away, or has a waiting list that stretches into next year.
Generic IG videos and blog posts give tips that were not designed for your child.
You are doing your best but you are not sure if you are doing the right things.
Every week that passes feels like precious developmental time that cannot be recovered.
Family keeps saying "don't worry" but you know in your heart that waiting is not a plan.
What the research tells us and what it means for your child.

The earlier a child with speech delays receives structured, consistent intervention, the better the long-term outcomes. It doesn't always resolve itself. The window of maximum impact is right now, while the brain is at its most plastic and responsive. A 12-week program gives your child the time and repetition needed for real, lasting change.

You don't need to move to Port Harcourt. You don't need to join a waiting list. You don't need to figure this out alone. You need a qualified speech therapist to assess your child properly, then build a 12-week plan designed specifically for them.

Week by Week

What the 12 weeks actually look like

W0
Before Week 1 โ€” The Assessment
You book our โ‚ฆ50,000 Clarity Session. Complete the intake questionnaire and record a short voice sample of your child. This takes about 20 minutes and is the most important thing you will do. Within 48โ€“72 hours, our therapist has reviewed everything and your personalised 12-week plan is ready. Then she will go on a video call with you to understand you and your child better.
โฑ Takes you about 20 minutes ยท โ‚ฆ50,000
W1
Weeks 1โ€“2 โ€” Building the Foundation
You receive your first 4 weeks of targeted daily activities. Each one is designed to fit into normal home life, with no special equipment, jargon, or overwhelming instructions. Just practical, evidence-based interaction strategies that feel like play to your child. We establish baseline routines and begin gentle, consistent stimulation.
W3
Weeks 3โ€“4 โ€” Refining and Progressing
Based on your weekly reports, we adjust the plan. What is working gets amplified. Where your child needs more support, we go deeper. This is typically where parents begin to notice real, visible changes in their child's communication attempts. The first "breakthrough" moments often happen here.
โœจ Most parents see first wins here
W5
Weeks 5โ€“8 โ€” Deepening the Gains
Consistency builds communication. By this stage, the daily routines feel natural. Your confidence as a communication partner has grown significantly. We introduce more complex activities, expand vocabulary targets, and begin generalising skills across different settings and caregivers. This is where real habit formation happens.
W9
Weeks 9โ€“10 โ€” Consolidation & Mastery
We focus on solidifying what your child has learned. Activities become more independent. We begin fading prompts and building spontaneous communication. Your child starts initiating interactions without being cued. We prepare you for sustaining these gains long after the program ends.
W11
Weeks 11โ€“12 โ€” Closing & Live Webinar
Final activities, last weekly report, and a comprehensive progress review. Then, a live, private group webinar with our lead therapist where you get to ask every question you have and understand exactly what to do beyond the program. You will not leave without a clear next step and a documented record of your child's 12-week journey.

Is this for me?

This program was designed for you ifโ€ฆ

โœ“
Your child (aged 1โ€“5) has a speech delay, language delay, or is not meeting their communication milestones.
โœ“
You live in an area where qualified speech therapists are not accessible, too far away, or fully booked.
โœ“
You are tired of waiting, Googling, and hoping and you want to start doing something evidence-based, right now.
โœ“
You are willing to invest in a professional assessment (โ‚ฆ50,000) to understand exactly what your child needs before committing to the full program.
โœ“
You are committed to 20โ€“30 minutes of intentional, structured interaction with your child every day for 12 weeks.
โœ“
You believe your child deserves specialist attention regardless of where in the world you live.
โœ“
You want accountability, weekly expert feedback, and a professional who actually knows your child's specific profile for 12 full weeks.
This may not be the right fit if: Your child is already in regular in-clinic speech therapy and you are looking for a complete replacement. This program is a powerful bridge and complement not a substitute for children who need intensive, hands-on weekly sessions. If you are unsure, book the assessment first and we will be honest with you about fit.

What parents are saying

"

The assessment was the turning point. For the first time, someone looked at *****, my son and told me exactly what was happening and what we could do. Two weeks later, he said "mama" clearly for the very first time. I cried the whole day. This program gave me something no local therapist could.

Think of it this way: โ‚ฆ500,000 over 84 days is less than โ‚ฆ5,954 per day for a certified speech therapist dedicated entirely to your child for 12 weeks. A single 45-minute clinic session in UPTH costs more than that, and comes with no weekly follow-up, no bespoke 12-week plan, and no closing webinar.

Questions

Things parents ask before enrolling

Why do I need to pay โ‚ฆ50,000 for an assessment first? +
Because your child deserves a plan that is actually designed for them rather than a generic template. The assessment is a professional clinical evaluation where our lead therapist reviews your child's specific speech profile, developmental history, and voice sample. It ensures the 12-week program is the right fit and the right approach. The โ‚ฆ50,000 is the first step.
My child has autism/a diagnosis. Can they still join? +
Yes. The program is designed to accommodate children with a range of diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, and global developmental delay. The bespoke nature of the plan means we design around your child's actual clinical profile not a generic template. Please mention any diagnosis in the assessment intake so we can prepare accordingly and confirm the program is the right fit.
How do the weekly check-ins actually work? +
You will be guided on how to make session recordings to share with the lead therapist for guidance. Also, each week you fill a structured progress report (takes about 10โ€“15 minutes) telling us how the week's activities went, including what you noticed, what your child responded to, what felt difficult. We review your response and send back specific, practical suggestions for the very next week. Think of it as a weekly message from your child's therapist that is personalised, actionable, and responsive.
What if I miss a week? Life happens. +
This program was built for real Nigerian parents with real lives. Missing a week does not break the program or your child's progress. What matters is sustained consistency over the 12 weeks. We'll help you catch up and continue without guilt or pressure. The 12-week duration is designed specifically to allow for real life.
Will I need to buy special materials or equipment? +
Not necessarily. Everything we design will work with household items, everyday interactions, and materials you may already have. If you want to buy any materials, that is fine. Our lead therapist may guide you on how to use them. However, we will never ask you to purchase something too much. The therapy happens in your home, with your child, in your language and cultural context.
My child is already seeing a therapist. Can we still join? +
In most cases, this program is a powerful complement to existing clinic-based therapy as it extends the intervention into the home environment with expert guidance. Please mention your current therapist in the assessment intake and we will coordinate where helpful. The assessment will help us determine the best approach.
What age range is this program for? +
The program is best suited for children aged 1 to 5 years. If your child is outside this age range and you are unsure whether it applies, book the assessment first and we will give you an honest answer about fit after evaluating your child.
What happens after the 12 weeks end? +
After the closing webinar, you will have a documented record of your child's progress over 12 weeks, a clear clinical picture of where they are now, and concrete, specific recommendations for next steps, whether that is continuing at home, exploring formal therapy, or re-enrolling in a future cohort. You will not leave empty-handed.
How do I make payment and confirm my spot? +
Click the assessment button on this page. You will be directed to a secure payment page for the โ‚ฆ50,000 clarity session. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a welcome message with your assessment steps within 24 hours. After the assessment, if we determine the program is the right fit, you will be able to make payment for the program and your child's therapy plan will be created and sent to you. Your place in the program is not secured until full payment is complete.
